Fantastic idea! Ever since you have published your first pomegranate cook book, I am longing for more recepies to use this healthy and - indeed - amazing fruit. Perhaps you'll give your loyal fans around the globe, the possibility to pre-order a copy already? I don't want to miss out!

Fabulous story and a fabulous new look!
Israeli hairdressers need an entire chapter of an 'Only In Israel' book dedicated JUST to them.

At least you got kubbeh....at my previous hairdresser I ended up naked in a deserted apartment in Petach Tikva....and it was NOT what you think!

Long story but essentially I had a head full of colour when my hairdresser discovered he didn't have water in his basement salon. Water he didn't have....but the keys to an empty apartment in the top of the building he DID have.

I had to get the colour off my hair as soon as possible or it would burn it all off and so I was yanked upstairs, pushed into a bathroom with a floor full of dead cockraches, and told to strip and shower off the colour in the bath.

Yes, yes I DID ask if I could't just kneel down amongst the dead cockroaches while Chaim held the spray nozzle of the shower over my hair but he was scared I'd get bleach in my eyes and go BLIND.

At this point I ran the risk of being bald AND blind so I dutifully followed instructions and stripped down and showered giggling hysterically the whole time as this could ONLY happen in Israel.

Chaim wasn't in the bathroom at the time - I may be (highlighted) blonde but am not THAT stupid - and had run downstairs to his salon to bring up a stack of tiny hand towels which he left outside the bathroom door for me to pat myself down.

I then got to kneel down between Chaim's legs while he applied the conditioner.

I did mention, didn't I, that the floor of the bathroom was covered in dead cockroaches?

Did I get a discount?

Not a penny....and Chaim is no longer my hairdresser.

So enjoy Ofer, your kubbeh and your new look.

And be grateful you get to keep your clothes on!
